It seems that the millions of people who signed up for the Do Not Call List would have made it eminently clear that we do NOT want to receive telemarketing calls! It makes no difference if these calls are prerecorded and coming from an established business relationship. I do not want my bank, telephone carrier, etc. sending me unsolicited promotional, prerecorded phone messages. I strongly suggest this proposed change not be enacted.
