YOU HAVE DONE A GOOD JOB ON STOPING UNWANTED PHONE CALLS. IF YOU PASS BILL TO LET COMPUTERS PHONE UNWANTED CALLS THIS WILL BE WORSE THAN BEFORE. THIS WOULD OPEN THE DOOR S TO SAME GROUP THAT WAS MAKING CALLS BEFORE,THEY WOULD JUST RECORD THEM please do not pass this BILL
