If you allow telemarketers to contact people on the Do Not Call registry - whether by an individual or by electronic means - you have completely defeated the purpose of the Do Not Call list. You will further erode any faith the public has that Congress acts in their best interest - it will be painfully obvious that you act on behalf of whoever had the biggest lobby. DO NOT ALLOW THIS TO HAPPEN
