I enrolled to the no call list to enjoy privacy and quiet while at home. I am appalled that you would even consider allowing electronic blitz calling to be allowed. The telephone is in my home for my convenience...not to be used as a marketing tool. I routinely refuse to deal with companies that I have dealt with in the past if they are so inconsiderate as to solicit by telephone. This also goes for how I vote as to telephone pitches for candidates, and those who make those pitches. Companies need to try better service and lower prices if they want to sell their goods/services, not harassing phone calls.
