Regardless of how a phone call is delivered to my home, it does NOT change the events that occur on my end when the phone rings. I must interrupt my precious VALUABLE family time, and go answer the phone. I do not want telemarketer phone calls PERIOD- regardless of the source. Allowing computer generated phone calls would be no different than a human caller- think of it in terms of the recipient of the call... nothing is different on my end.
