I have throughly enjoyed not being bothered by telemarketers since I registered on the national do not call list. I do not want to be bothered by telemarketers (either real people or recordered messages). I pay for my phone service myself and congress has give me a way to have some control to who calls in to some degree. Do not water down this law due to a lobbist group, you work for the people of the U.S. not just one small fractional group.
