This is a terrible idea. It's bad enough that non-profits are exempted. My wife is disabled with MS and depends on the availability of the outgoing phone line to summon help. We do not need, nor want, solicitations through our phone. Please do not be lobbied into this disaster by the telemarketers. 70,000,000 Americans have registered on the 'do not call' list. Get the message?
