Please do not loosen any of the restrictions placed on telemarketers. I believe all people should be able to sign a do not call list and have it honored. We shouldn't be forced into paying the phone company extra money to get caller ID or caller block to keep from being harassed. And I do mean harassed. The phone company used to call our house no less than twice a day, EVERY DAY, even though I constantly told them I didn't want any upgrades. This went on for a month and didn't end until I blew my top at the caller, and finally I was told they would make a note of the fact that I didn't want to be called anymore. They should have honored my wish a month sooner when I politely told them "no thank you," instead of hounding me until I lost my temper. Please do not make it any harder for those of us who do not want incessant phone calls from telemarketers. Shawna Galassi
