You are overlooking one very important aspect of this Telemarketing problem. Even though I have my residential phone and cellular phone listed on the Do Not Call Registry I still receive many calls daily but to my cellular phone. These incoming calls cost me money. If you multiply the number of cellular phones in use in the USA by as little as 2 incoming telemarketing calls per day and multiply that number by 25 cents per call you will have an idea what this SPAM is costing the American Public on a daily basis. You must not permit SPAM telemarketing (period)!
