There should be no changes permitted in the curreent 'no call' rules. The current rules are a protection of my privacy and no one should have the ability to interupt my privacy for commercial purposes [or any other reason for that matter] unless I have given permission to do so and the present 'no call' policy is a clear statement that I do not want to be annoyed. Please protect my privacy and my sanity by resisting any attempts by any party to change the existing rules.
