I will start a relentless grass-roots campaign against every commissioner of FTC if this rule passes! This is the most blatant circumvention of the Do Not Call registry. If this rule passes, why even have a Do Not Call Registry? It's practically fraud, at the very least false advertising! I believe in the free speech of businesses, but that doesn't give them the right to force me to listen! Don't let this rule pass. Put the rights of citizens ahead of the interests of businesses!
