I strongly oppose loosening restrictions on telemarketers. I am on the Do-Not-Call list because I'm not interested in telemarketing calls of any kind. I particularly dislike the automated calls, but I don't want to receive solicitation calls from anyone, human or machine, whether I have done business w/ them in the past or not. I don't even respond to telephone solicitations by charities I financially support; I ask them to send me envelopes so I can respond by mail if I choose. Toni Mayer
