I do not want the FTC to approve this change. I do not want telemarketers calling and who is to say what an "established" business relationship is. Despite being on the Federal Do Not Call list since August, I am getting these pre-recorded messages from merchants with whom I have a store charge card informing me of sales (which are already advertised in print and through other media). I resent it. If this is legal, then there is no need for this change. I certainly don't want to open the floodgates and have pre-recorded calls on my home, cell or office phone. I defeats the purpose of the "do not call" list.
