I am strongly opposed to any telemarketer calls being sent to my telephone numbers. I made my position known by adding my numbers to the national "do not call registry". It is very irritating to be receiving these unwanted calls, and life has been much improved since they stopped (except for the unwanted political calls prior to the November elections). Congress has made their position on this very clear. These unwanted telemarketer calls should not be allowed. For the FTC to condone any other position would be tantamount to subversion.
