Over 70 million Americans have spoken by adding their numbers to the Do Not Call list. This ground swell must take precedence over telemarketing lobbyists determined to turn back the clock. THIS PROPOSED AMENDMENT MUST BE RESOUNDINGLY DEFEATED.
