This is to inform you in the strongest possible terms that I very much object to the proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule. Pre-recorded calls are even more obnoxious and just as intursive as live person calls. They also take up recording space on answering machines, leaving little space, if any, for "ligitimate" messages. I believe that the definition of "established business relationship" is so broad as to be meaningless. Please do not allow an exception of pre-recorded calls on the Do Not Call List.
