I thoroughly dislike telephone solicitations and signed up for the FTC's Do Not Call Registry. Now the DMA (Direct Marketing Association) is trying to get the FTC to amend the Do Not Call Registry rules to allow prerecorded messages. An unwanted call is an unwanted call, and I'm against the proposed amendment to allow obnoxious phone solicitation. I want my privacy respected.
