Re: Opening a loophole in the Do Not Call Registry as to pretaped messages. I have already "opted out" by signing up for the DO Not Call Registry. Why should I be subjected to unwanted calls and then have to "opt out" all over again? Would having dinner interrupted by a telephonic recording be less annoying than having dinner interupted by a live sales pitch? I think not. I do not find either call welcome. Nor do I welcome the change being proposed by the FTC. You just don't get it! Isn't 64 Million or more people enough to say NO we don't want them. Let us "opt in" if we want these annoying calls. Thank you.
