Please do not amend the current tsr to allow for pre-recorded messages on behalf of companies with whom I have pre-existing business relationships. Literally any place I buy something would be eligible to contact me. If I want to stay in contact with these places, I want it to be by my action, not theirs. I love the freedom I have from not receiving unsolicited phone calls almost every night of the week since the do not call list has been passed.
