Sirs, It has been so nice not having to deal with dinner time phone calls since the TSR has been in effect. By allowing the above change to take affect, consumers would again be forced to screen their calls and spend valuable resources to avoid such calls. In addition, you would allow the public to be scammed by countless unethical telemarketers. Please don't allow the telemarketers back into our holes.
