Telemarketers are a Royal Pain. I pay to have a phone in my home and I feel that this gives me the right to determine who can and who cannot use it. The phone in my home is not public. I deeply resent those telemarketers who think it is their right to disturb me in my home. Please tighten the rules rather than loosening them.
