To Whom it may concern, I wish to express my concerns in regards to the proposed rule. I signed up for the no call list, because of the then non-stop unwelcomed calls were so bothersome to myself and family. I would like to remind all that this is a phone line that I pay for, not a public service. I do not wish for teleamarketers, to start calling again due to another rule change.
