I am totally against altering the Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales. My phone is a private line and just because I have an Answer Machine doesn't give a telemarketer the right to leave messages if I'm not home when I have already been in on the ground floor for prohibiting ALL telemarketing calls. To allow their use of my answering machine infringes on my Amendment 1 rights. I would have to disconnect my Answer Machine to stop telemarketing messages..
