I am responding to the article written in the San Francisco Chronicle this past week to voice my opinion against relaxing the Do Not Call law. If the phone service in my home were given to me for free, I could understand why advertisers would be able to spam phone users. The fact that I pay for the service should give me the right not to have to tolerate pre-recorded or live spam on my phone. Josh Martin
