I DO NOT LIKE BEING CONTACTED BY ANY PHONE SOLICITORS. I think the current law works OK however there is still too much telephone soliciting going on. I would strongly recommend strengthening the law not watering it down. I do not favor the proposed change for an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. Who is going to police who has had a business relationship with me!
