I am very much opposed to any attempt to loosen the rules on Do Not Call. We FINALLY got it passed federally (CA was, as usual, ahead of the curve) and now you want to start destroying it. Way to go! It represents the general regression that this new business-fascist gov't is exhibiting. Even the sanctity of the home is abrogated by greed and a weak FTC. Remember, we are paying your salary - even though you think it's only the corporations (i.e., government) that you have to answer to. Find some backbone and stick to the principle of the original law. Or has EVERY branch of the 'government' sold out?
