|Subject:||Trade Regulation Rule on Telemarketing Sales|
|Title:||Notice of Proposed Rulemaking, Request for Comment|
|CFR Citation:||16 CFR Part 310|
Comments:I am against any changes in the Telemarketing Sales Rule (do not call list). I do not want, nor would I appreciate receiving recorded sales messages regardless of the existence of a tenuous "business relationship". This is an invasion of my privacy, an unpaid use of my valuable time, and would serve as just another form of spam/junk mail that I would waste time deleting from my answering machine instead of my computer and mail box. I stringly urge the FTC to deny the porposed rule changes. Thank you.
