To change the current Do Not Call Registry with a loophole will weaken the system. It is working beautifully. To allow pre-recorded messages is going to cause as much outrage as before the Do not Call Resigstry came into being. From experience, automated calls left on answering machines are often aggressive and always annoying to review even a few seconds before deleting. Further, I do not want to have to opt out to everyone I do business with or their partners. Why should that burden fall on the one contacted? No waffling on the original program. Stay firm please. Millions will appreciate it.
