Comments:
I do not want solicitation calls of any type at any time. They are an intrusion on my time and privacy. They can solicit me via the US mail at their cost, where they will not interrupt my meals. The Postal Service can then raise the rates for that class of mail, and get themselves profitable without raising first class rates for the rest of us.
