Please, please do NOT change the regulation to allow prerecorded calls. I do not wish my family time interrupted to listen to a robot try to sell me something. I would like you to consider strengthening the provisions of Do Not Call, not weaken them. I am also opposed to changing from the daily to the 30 day time period for the 3% abandonment restriction.
