Please do not allow prerecorded telemarketing calls or any other kinds of telemarketing calls to be made to residential or cell phones. The enormous popularity of the Do Not Call list should be evidence enough of the public's dislike of telemarketing calls of any sort. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
