I get FAX calls now on my line and I do not have a FAX machine. I hooked up one to see what it was and called the numbers to get my number off the list and I receive even more calls. Caller I. D. does not give the numbers of these devices. All automated calling should be illegal. These calls reduce produtivity at work and annoy people at home. I get calls after midnight for FAXes now. Here are some of the numbers I have called to get off the lists I am already on the "do not call" list. Maybe you can investigate these numbers before allowing a law that would let recordings bother me too. Have a nice day.
