I object to the proposed weakening of telemarketing restrictions in any way, in this case to allow messages from companies "with whom the customer has already established a relationship" through any random contact or purchase. Customers should be able to "opt in" if they wish these messages. Calls that intrude on privacy without the consumer being able to stop them should be barred. thank you,
