Dear FTC, I do not want to receive prerecorded calls from either businesses with a pre-established relationship and expecially not from everyone. This ties up my phone line unnecessarily and limits my own use of the phone line I pay for. The 'Do Not Call' list has been very effective and I do not want to return to the bad old days before the 'do not call' list.
