Absolutely not. NO way. I HATE the pre-recorded telemarket calls. This has got to be one of the most ridiculous things I have heard yet. Why would you want to allow a recording when you do not allow a human on the other end of the phone to call you. Idiots. Thanks, Mark Calloway
