I am opposed to loosening the Do Not Call rules. the FCC should change its rules to match the more restrictive rules currently in place at the FTC rather than FTC opening the door to automated calling and an increase in unwanted calls. the high number of unwanted calls was the original impetus for the do not call registry and it has done just fine in achieving the projected goals.
