I am requesting that the FTC drop the consideration of providing TeleMarketers the ability to leave VoiceMail SPAM. I am the one who would be charged with those unwanted messages by my provider, not the TeleMarketers. If they want to send messages, then they should pay for my time to listen to them. thank you
