I am opposed to this change because I believe that the definition of businesses that I have a relationship with, will include any business that I have made credit card purchases from. I am willing to receive these phone calls, but only if the business is willing to assign a live person to make those calls. If they could use the inexpensive computer calling method, my volume of undesired calls will increase again and I am very opposed to any change that will do so.
