IPlease do not allow prerecorded messages. I cannot envision who might be interested in a recorded message. You know that no matter what rules you may establish clever people will find a way around them. The phone is meant to be a convenience not an encroachment on privacy. Often the elderly are the ones most disturbed by such calls in that often it is difficult for them to even get to the phone and once there they are often seduced into things they really don't want. Please do not allow any more telephone calls. Even with the prohibition we get enough.
