I am opposed strongly to the proposed amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule regarding pre-recorded messages and the method of their accounting. Prior to the establishment of the Do-Not Call list, I rceived an average of 2 prerecorded calls per day notwithstanding the cals I received from live representatives. None of these we form companies with whom I had a pre-existing relationship. I do not want to go through this hassle again under any terms!
