I do not favor loosening the restrictions. I do not like receiving any marketing calls -- even if I do shop with a vendor on a regular basis. I don't want to tell each individual vendor (contractor for vendor) who calls to put me on their "no call" list. The current system is working at a 90% effective rate. To loosen the current restrictions will simply open another loophole and cause many people stress, agrevation and loss of quality family time. Please, just say no. Cell phone numbers should never been allowed in the telemarketers database. The cell phone bills are expense enought without the charges you would get with these non-solicited and unwanted calls.
