Please do not allow any more safe harbor for or loosen any restriction on the telemarketing industry. Approach any proposed rule by that annoying industry with great caution. The FCC should move to your direction on these rules, not you moving to theirs. I have no desire to receive any ad, or sales notice through any channel. If I ever need to buy anything, I can seek out sales information easily through the Internet. I do not need them to come and bother me. Thank you.
