Please do not exempt recorded phone message advertising from the Do Not Call lists. I absolutely hate to receive this type of anoying call just as much as a personal anoying and unsolicited phone call either at work or at home. This is an invasion of my personal privacy and of my precious time alone with my family at home. Again, DO NOT EXEMPT RECORDED MESSAGES from the Do Not Call program. Phil Phillips
