Comments:
Since over 10 % of our incoming phone calls at home already consist of non-solicited, totally commercial telemarketing calls, (despite our being on the do not call list from the start), my wife and I are opposed to any liberalization of the current regulations. Moreover, if we have (or had) an "established business relationship" with some firm, we are perfectly capable of contacting them, if we desire to place another order. Bruce C. Beattie
