Please do not make the rule change. I already get tele-marketers calling from companies with which I have "an existing relationship with". All are unwelcome interruptions and a nuisance. I have yet to get a call that needed my attention at dinner. Please solicit the FCC to make their rules consistent with your current ones. In fact I would recommend your rules also prohibit political recorded calls. They are also a nuisance and are countering productive to a democracy.
