I strongly oppose loosening restrictions on telemarketers. This is just a ploy by Voice Mail Broadcasting. I was serious when I signed the Do Not Call List. The fact that millions of others felt the same, and signed is a strong indication we do not want to be called. Do not change the FTC rules as they stand!!
