RE: Docket Id: RIN 3084-0098 I am against the amendment of the Telemarketing Sales Rule to create an additional call abandonment safe harbor to allow telemarketing calls that deliver a prerecorded message to consumers with whom the seller on whose behalf the calls are made has an established business relationship. I do not want to receive calls from any marketer, whether or not I have purchased something from them previously, unless they have first obtained my written permission that they may call me. The proposed change constitutes a loophole in the intent of the do-not-call list. - Stuart Brown San Rafael, CA
