i can only use 1 hand, so there are no capital letters. i suggest that the simplest idea is to make the fcc's rules conform with the ftc's. this would not allow prerecorded messages be sent to the 66 million persons that have signed up for the do not call list so far.. if this does not happen, i predict that u will be inundated with many very angry complainers.
