Comments:
I absolutely oppose the relaxation of restrictions on telemarketers. I do not want to receive any prerecorded calls, including calls sent by companies from whom I have made a purchase. A purchase does not constitute a "previous relationship", and it certainly does not justify the intrustion of a telemarketing call. Telemarketing calls are an unsoliticited and unwarranted intrusion into my home, and a violation of my privacy.
