I oppose ANY changes that will loosen restrictions on telemarketers. This is the most intrusive and offensive marketing technique being used today. The Do Not Call List has been a Godsend to my household, muzzling almost all of the rude annoying calls that we used to endure on a regular basis. Please don't loosen anything-not one bit!
